Wine characteristics

A quiet wine with high acidity; it is refined, elegant, aristocratic and light bodied. The aroma brings to mind apple and fresh bread crust. With age it expresses a pleasant bouquet with a strong scent of Artemisia.

Recommended with

Aperitif wine and, depending on the place and vinification, it can be well suited for lean hors d’euvres, soups, pasta and rice, eggs and seafood.
