The yellow strain of Verduzzo, cultivated in the estate is moderately macerated, gives a fresh, straw yellow coloured wine. Slightly tannic, full bodied, pleasant on the palate, with an aroma that brings to mind apple, pear, peach and apricot. It should be drunk young to better appreciate the fruity flavour.
A typical dessert wine, well matched with dry patisserie. With a little age goes well with warm aged cheese.
