Wine characteristics Chardonnay
Pale yellow color. Fine, elegant, noble and slender body. It has fresh scents of Golden apple, pineapple and white almond, with vibrant citrus accents. Soft and creamy, it is pleasantly balanced with freshness and flavor.
Recommended with Chardonnay
Aperitif wine and, depending on the place and vinification, it can be well suited for lean appetizers, soups, pasta and rice, eggs and seafood.

Vinification | The must extracted from the pulp, by soft squeezing, is separated from the skins before fermentation begins. The fermentation is done under controlled temperature to favour the extraction of colours, of taste and the growth and the preservation of the original aromas of the grapes. |
