Wine characteristics Traminer Aromatico
Pale yellow colour, medium alcohol content, fresh, citrine, with a light body. Harmonious on the palate, fragrant and intense aroma of rose, Moscato, current leaves, Artemisia.
Recommended with Traminer Aromatico
Warm and cold hors d’oeuvres, sauces, seafood and aged cheeses.

Vinification | The must extracted from the pulp, by soft squeezing, is separated from the skins before fermentation begins. The fermentation is done under controlled temperature to favour the extraction of colours, of taste and the growth and the preservation of the original aromas of the grapes. |
