Wine characteristics Naos
Red wine with beautiful and intense garnet color. The scent is strong and pleasantly complex, with a gentle texture of blond tobacco, cherries, dried rose, jelly licorice and hints of black pepper and menthol.
The taste, fresh and fruity, it is balanced and fascinating. Tannins are well present; long closure on fruity notes.
Recommended with Naos
Perfect with traditional dishes of the Friulan kitchen based on game, red meat and tasty cheeses.

Growing system | Guyot. |
Harvest | Manual selection of grapes. |
Vinification | Drying of 20% circa of the grapes. Vinification in red with maceration on the skins for 15 days in order to extract the colour and save the original fragrances and taste of the grapes. |
Fining | Twelve months in barrique and later fining in bottle for at least 6 months in our cellar under temperature and humidity control. |
